If you have access to a computer, you can research your topic for the Roman culture project, print out material, and bring to class tomorrow. More research books and computers will be available for research tomorrow through Friday in class.
Some students could not use time well, so they will complete questions associated with a Roman Culture packet as a substitute for this project. All portions must be completed by Friday for complete credit
Interims: Will be sent home 3/11 for 6th grade core classes.
Homework: Tri-fold boards are past due(2/18); they are $4.00 at school. If you are having trouble obtaining a board, you can cut a corrugated cardboard box, 28"x40".
We will have no homework while we are working on our research projects.
Summative: Next summative is on research. Date unknown-after research unit is complete.
Late Homework: Students need to be responsible and keep the assignments given to them. I will not be accepting late work weeks later. Once the unit has ended all work associated with that unit must be returned. (loss of 1pt for late work)
NO HOMEWORK! If students haven't brought in their trifold 28 x40 size (this is a smaller size) they need one ASAP! We will be working on them this week!
Supplies Students without supplies and unprepared for class may receive a silent lunch. If you need help with this please let me know:

6th Grade Language Arts Students Sent Home 12/17/09
Dear Parents,
As the year progresses the students run out of materials. Please be sure over the holidays to refresh your child’s supplies. In Language Arts students need to have a large supply of the following daily:

Crayons or colored pencils
Scissors
Glue stick
Box of Ziploc sandwich bags
