Football conditioning began on Monday, June 7 from 2:00 - 4:00 and will be every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for the summer months. Coach Kay and Coach Lohr will be incharge. Conditioning will be in the weight room in the main building. | |

Volleyball conditioning will be August 2 - 6 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm (These are not required, but highly encouraged) Try-0uts begin on Monday, August 9 from 4-6 pm NO EXCEPTIONS ... if your daughter is not present, then she is NOT eligible to participate at all. | | Orange Matmen Wrestling Club |
The intention of the Orange Matmen Wrestling Club is to provide serious preparation for wrestlers devoted to making great strides during the off-season. The club will focus on all areas of training, including technique, drilling, live wrestling, and strength and conditioning. Emphasis will be placed on learing how to train and drill correctly and on learning a technique system which will prepare athletes for the highest level of competition. CLUB DATE/TIME/PLACE: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 pm at OCHS Field House. Beginning Date: Tuesday, June 29 & Ending Date: Thursday, November 4 - COST: $5 per session or all 38 sessions for $125 - CLUB COACHES: Danny Artusio; OCHS Teacher (former UVA Wrestler); Kyle Artusio; Culpeper Teacher (former UVA Wresterl) and Dick Glover; former Woodberry Forest Head Coach - Registration Form can be found on OCHS web site under documents. OCHS Cheer Condtiioning will be in the field house each Wednesday, from 9:00 - 10:30 am. Coach Jamerson will be running the conditioning sessions. NO conditioning on July 7 or July 21. | |
